You will:

• Manage The Conqueror Facebook Ads account together with a team.
• Design, create and analyze custom reports.
• Analyze data of campaigns and ads and make data-driven decisions.
• Come up with content ideas/suggestions for the Ads & Copy Department.

This job is right for you if:

• You like math or at least you are good at it and used to like it.
• You are an analytical person (you like analyzing and taking decisions based on analysis and planning).
• You like the idea of working in a team (you don’t need to be an extrovert but you would be someone people would want to communicate with).
• You have worked with Facebook Business Manager and worked with Facebook Ads before.
• You are familiar with Excel and Google Sheets (especially pivot tables).
• You like being proactive (nothing crazy, but just get excited about what you do and do it not because you have to, but because you want to).
• You are open to giving and accepting feedback (it’s feedback, not criticism, so don’t freak out).
• You like antifragility (you thrive in non-fixed, volatile systems).
