THE LORD OF THE RINGS Virtual Challenge Series will keep you active and motivated as you follow Frodo’s quest to cast the One Ring into the fires of Mount Doom through all 5 virtual challenges:
The Shire: 145mi (233km)
The Fellowship: 98mi (157km) or 680mi (1094km)
Mines of Moria: 40mi (64km)
The Eye of Sauron: 95mi (153km) or 668mi (1075km)
Mordor: 282mi (454km)
Each time you complete a distance-based exercise such as running, walking, cycling, swimming, etc, you advance along the map of Middle-earth.
