The Amazon Rainforest Virtual Challenge comes with two routes: 100 mi / 161 km (recommended for running and walking) and 1000 mi / 1609 km (recommended for cycling).
Each time you complete a distance-based exercise such as running, walking, cycling, swimming, etc you advance along with the map of the Amazon Rainforest.
