NEW THE LORD OF THE RINGS Challenges are HERE.
Te Araroa (meaning “The Long Pathway”) is a spectacular trail stretching across the length of New Zealand, from Cape Reinga in the north to Bluff in the south. Tackling this route usually takes around 3 to 6 months and it showcases the wide diversity of landscape that New Zealand is famous for, from wilderness tracks to beaches and roads and even a river section which must be traversed using a kayak.
Te Araroa also offers unique cultural experiences by coming in contact with the friendly and welcoming Kiwi culture. The people of New Zealand welcome hikers and are happy to offer them a meal and to share stories of their country.
