In the past 6 years, we have gathered a powerful community of over 850,000 people globally where anyone from anywhere in the world can practice healthy habits at any time. Our digital and physical products, the App and the super cool medals, let people move along the virtual equivalents of iconic routes by walking, running, cycling, swimming and more through our 45+ virtual challenges.
We are a global and diverse team (working from New Zealand, Romania, Nicaragua and other parts of the world) with an impressive growth record for the past 3 years, from 150k to 850k customers.

Can you handle the intensity of being responsible for the overall visual direction of our advertising campaigns, ensuring that the creative output is on-brand, visually appealing, and engaging for our audience? Hard Skills we are looking for:
- 3+ years of experience required
- Concept development and ideation for advertising campaigns
- Understanding of target audience and how to create effective messaging for them
- Familiarity with different types of media and their specific requirements (e.g. print, digital, social media)
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software
- Experience in creating compelling visual designs for marketing campaigns
- Understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and composition
- Experience in developing and implementing visual style guides
- Ability to provide clear direction and feedback to creative teams
- Knowledge of current design trends and visual styles
- Ability to create and manage project timelines and budgets
- Experience with project management software such as Asana or Trello
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Experience in directing photo and video shoots
- Knowledge of lighting, composition, and camera techniques

Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative concepts and visual designs for virtual challenges that align with the brand’s overall marketing strategy.
- Manage and oversee the creative team to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all creative assets, including graphics, videos, and photography.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and project management, to ensure alignment and successful execution of campaigns.
- Oversee the production of all creative assets, including managing timelines and deadlines, reviewing and approving final designs, and ensuring brand guidelines are being followed.
- Provide clear creative direction and feedback to the creative team to ensure the quality and consistency of all creative output.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, advertising, and marketing to continually evolve and improve the company’s creative performance.
- Attend marketing meetings and presentations to present and discuss creative concepts and designs, as needed.
- Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new creative team members as needed, providing guidance and support in the development of their skills and capabilities.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Collaborate with the creative team, including graphic designers, videographers and copywriters, to develop campaign concepts and creative strategies.
- Provide feedback and guidance to the art team to ensure creative executions meet campaign objectives and brand standards.
- Lead creative brainstorming sessions and providing creative direction to ensure concepts are aligned with overall campaign objectives.
- Review and approving creative deliverables to ensure they meet campaign objectives and are of high quality.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate new design techniques and technologies into creative executions.
- Participate in marketing meetings and presentations to present creative concepts and executions.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines and deadlines are met.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account managers and project managers, to ensure seamless execution of creative projects.
- Maintain an organised and efficient workflow to ensure timely delivery of creative deliverables.
- Create and manage art production for challenges timelines
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure production alignment and smooth execution.
- Monitor art production progress and ensure that deadlines are being met.
- Facilitate regular team meetings and check-ins.
- Collaborate with the marketing campaign manager to align the deliverables of the overall campaign strategy.
