🏆 What we want from you

  1. You should be able to analyze data, identify trends and insights, and use that information to improve the user experience on our website and increase conversions.

Can you take a look at our current website and identify areas for improvement?

  1. Have the ability to design, develop and implement A/B tests, and analyze the results to improve the user experience and increase conversions. 

Have you implemented A/B tests before? Can you provide examples of how you have used A/B tests to improve conversion rates?

  1. Try not to take feedback personally and approach it with an open mind. Your hypotheses and tests may not always produce the desired results, but we still learn something from each test. 

Are you comfortable with this approach?

📷 From a hard skills perspective you are:

  • Strongly skilled and with great knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Crazy Egg.
  • Proficient in A/B testing, conversion funnel optimization, and landing page optimization.
  • Knowledgeable of statistical power and significance in A/B Testing
  • Experienced with website optimization tools such as Google Optimize or VWO.
  • Familiar with web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

🚀 You will:

  • Conduct in-depth website and user analysis to identify areas of improvement for conversion optimization.
  • Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve website conversion rates and user experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development, and marketing, to identify optimization opportunities and implement changes.
  • Monitor and analyze website performance and user behavior using analytics tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for CRO.

 For Day-to-day activities:

  • Plan and execute A/B tests and conversion funnel optimizations.
  • Collaborate with designers, developers, and funnel team to implement changes.
  • Analyze and report on website performance and test results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for CRO.
